Edward Anderson is the speaker at the 10TH JUBILEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE, IA – CYBER SECURITY AND ROAD, which is organized by the Kosovo Association of Motorization (AMRKS), Tempulli Academy, and Institute for Road Safety and Transport Research.
Mr. Anderson is the Security and Public Safety Director at the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, working under H.E. Ambassador Michael Davenport. His department focuses on enhancing the capacity of public safety agencies in Kosovo, with a particular emphasis on countering various criminal activities in both physical and digital realms. His background includes law enforcement and special victim detective work, as well as legal experience gained from a Law Degree at the John Marshall Law School and a stint as a law clerk for the Chief Circuit Judge. Mr. Anderson has also served as an adjunct professor, instructor, and lecturer, developing military and law enforcement sciences curricula. With experience in conflict zones and post-conflict environments across regions like the Middle East, South Asia, Central Asia, and the Balkans, Edward brings a wealth of expertise to his current role.
