Link for participation in the 9th International Road Safety Conference

As in the past and this year, Kosovo gathers local and international experts in traffic engineering, transport, and road safety in the first month of this year. For the ninth time in a row, the Tempulli Academy, the Kosovar Motorization Association AMRKS, and the Institute of Road Safety and Transport Research organize an international conference to test road safety and reduce traffic accidents. The conference will take place in the spirit of the Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021-2030 as an additional contribution to improving road safety, thus preventing road accidents.

This year’s conference will take place in two extended panels, with 16 speakers from the country, the region, and Europe. In addition to local institutions from the central and local level, participants in this conference will be the Kosovo Police, experts in the field, young researchers, professors, and students. Among the international institutions that will participate will be the IRU Academy, based in Geneva, Switzerland, the European Transport Safety Council ECTS, based in Brussels, Belgium, the International Road Federation IRF, based in Geneva, Switzerland, the International Road Assessment Program iRAP, based in Brussels, Belgium,  professors from public universities of technical sciences from North Macedonia, Albania, and Greece.

The Kosovo Security Bureau BKS supports the conference.
