Albion Bikliqi is the next speaker of the 10TH JUBILEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

Albion Bikliqi is a visionary entrepreneur and business leader with a passion for innovation and sustainable development. Born and raised in Kosovo, Albion demonstrated an early aptitude for entrepreneurship and leadership. After completing his education in business administration, Albion embarked on a dynamic career journey, driven by a desire to make a positive impact in his community and beyond.

Since January 2023, Albion Bikliqi has served as a cybersecurity advisor to the Minister of Justice in Montenegro, where he leverages his expertise to enhance the country’s cybersecurity infrastructure and policies. His role involves advising on cybersecurity strategies, risk management, and regulatory compliance to safeguard critical systems and data.

In addition to his governmental role, Albion also serves as an external Technical Expert at LUX Dev, overseeing a project aimed at funding the Republic of Kosovo assembly parliament hall with an eVoting solution. In this capacity, he is responsible for selecting the best eVoting solution, ensuring its security, reliability, and effectiveness in modernizing the parliamentary voting process.

Moreover, Mr. Bikliqi is the founder and CEO of CISTCK LLC, a private cybersecurity consultancy company. Through CISTCK LLC, Albion provides tailored cybersecurity solutions to businesses and organizations, helping them mitigate cyber threats, strengthen their digital defenses, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
