Kosovo forum for road safety express their gratitude to the municipality of Prishtina for supporting the activities promoting road safety

Today the Mayor of Prishtina, Mr. Shpend Ahmeti hosted in a work meeting the representatives of Kosovo Forum for Road Safety.
During the meeting they discussed about deepening institutional cooperation with the purpose of improving and increasing mobility safety for all traffic participants in the city. Mr. Krasniqi thanked the Mayor of Prishtina for supporting the road safety activities, and promised that Tempulli is ready to contribute in all matters related to city transport and safety.
On this occasion, as a sign of gratitude, he presented the Municipality of Prishtina with a Letter of Appreciation for supporting the third edition of Republic level biking competition within the School Magazine “Siguria në rrugë”. This national project on road safety is organized for three years now, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
On the other hand, the Mayor of Prishtina, Mr. Ahmeti also committed to continue the cooperation, promising that the Municipality of Prishtina will support these activities and shall propose its representative in the Kosovo Forum on Road Safety.
The municipality of Prishtina is open and ready for cooperation in all activities proposed, with the purpose of establishing better and safer road traffic conditions for its citizens, stated among others Mr. Ahmeti. During the meeting, they agreed to jointly consider the possibilities for equipping the schools of the Capital City with a traffic laboratory.
The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Forum,Mr. Muhamed Krasniqi, Director of the College of Applied Technical Sciences Tempulli Ms. Shpresa Mulliqi, Official on Public Awareness and Safety, Mr. Njazi Kusari – professional trainer, and Ms. Gentiana Xheladini, Official at the College of Applied Technical Sciences Tempulli.
