Mevlan Bixhaku, the speaker of the 10TH JUBILEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

Mevlan Bixhaku is a specialist in urban mobility and road safety, boasting over 20 years of experience. He is locally recognized and has collaborated with international organizations on the design of urban mobility plans and transport planning, leading significant urban mobility projects in numerous Kosovo municipalities.

Moreover, Mevlan Bixhaku’s profound grasp of open data in road safety, including its management and ensuring fairness, is a testament to his commitment to the field. His active participation in numerous international and national road safety projects, primarily focusing on performance indicators and assessment, further underscores his dedication.

In addition to his role as a teacher at “Tempulli” Academy, in his professional capacity, Mevlan has been engaged with various local and international companies, such as GTZ, Mott MacDonald, Grant Thornton, Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation, UNDP, UN-Habitat Kosovo, and the World Bank. He has played a pivotal role in multiple professional projects in Kosovo, covering areas such as traffic safety, urban planning, road design, and sustainable urban plans (SUMP), among others.
