Tempulli through Center for Professional Development (CPD), develops training programs and professional training with programs evaluated by international experts and approved by KAA. Tempulli also in the Business Registration Certificate is registered for the activities provided by the code 7430 on the technical checks and analysis. Depending on the program content and duration of these courses candidates will get verification and certificates which will be harmonized with the National Qualifications Authority and EQF. We are fully aware and participate in various workshops in developing national standards of qualifications so we hope to have mutual cooperation on these issues.

Professional programs are accredited by Kosovo Accreditation Agency of (KAA) and licensed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST).
Professional programs are accredited also by CILT and IRU Academy and developed on the basis of Agreements with Ministry of Transport and Post Telecommunications (MTC), now Ministry of Infrastructure (MI).
CPC-(M) MANAGER
PROGRAM FOR PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE FOR MANAGER OF TRANSPORT OPERATOR / CPC-M

Training courses based on IRU Academy programs, they are adapted to the practical needs of road transport companies and their drivers, preparing them for the increasingly required market in accordance with applicable regulations. TRAINING COURSE FOR DRIVERS
The written examination consists of two tests:
– Written questions consisting of either questions with solutions (answers), multiple choice(each with four possible answers), questions requiring direct answers or a combination of the two systems;
– Written exercises / case studies (events);
– Candidate here should prove that he/she has acquired sufficient knowledge and will pass when they have completed 70% of the questions correct.
CONTENTS FOR DRIVER TRAINING
Knowledge that should be considered for official recognition of professional competence must cover subjects for road freight transport, respectively passengers road transport.
– General traffic rules.
– Risks due to irregular actions in traffic;
– Fatigue and duration of direction;
– General knowledge in the field of transport and administration;
– Knowledge of measures to be taken in case of incidents.
– General geographical knowledge to use geographical maps (cards);
– Knowledge of relevant documents for passengers and vehicles, described for domestic transport of passengers and for border crossing.
ADR
PROGRAM TO PASS THE EXAM FOR DIRECTORS AND MANIPULATORS OF DANGEROUS GOODS ADR

– European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) Volume I and II.
– Law 2004/6 on Transport of Dangerous Goods.
– IRU Academy programs, for ADR Course for drivers transporting dangerous goods packed and not packed.
PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING
Training courses based on IRU Academy programs, is adapted to the practical needs of road transport companies and their drivers, preparing them for the increasingly required market in accordance with
regulations. All materials are updated with the latest version of the ADR Agreement.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION OF THE COURSE
– Paper of application;
– Photocopy of identity card or passport;
– Photocopy of driver’s license for relevant category;
– Payment form (for attending the course);
– Receipts in account of Ministry of Infrastructure (for the exam).
DURATION OF COURSES
– Beginners course contains 18 lessons;
– Special Course for transport by cistern contains 12 lessons;
– Special course for carriage of substances and articles as Class 1, includes 8 lessons;
– Special Course for the transport of radioactive material as Class 7, includes 8 lessons;
– The course contains 8 additional hours of training.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF LEARNING – EXAMS
All candidates who successfully complete lectures from theoretical part and exercises from practical part for transport and handling of dangerous goods, will take examination in front of a professional committee from the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Only people over 18 years old are allowed to work with hazardous substances and who are professionally qualified.
Only people over 21 years old are permitted to transport dangerous goods and substances, and only if they have driving license for appropriate categories and courses – professional exams.
CLASSIFICATION OF DANGEROUS GOODS
Dangerous goods according to ADR are classified as follows:
Class 1: Explosive substances and articles;
Class 2: Gases;
Class 3: Flammable liquid substances;
Class 4.1: Flammable solid substances, self reactive substances and insensitive solid explosive;
Class 4.2: Substances that can self-ignite;
Class 4.3: Substances which in contact with water create flammable gases;
Class 5.1: Oxidizing substances;
Class 5.2: Organic peroxides;
Class 6.1: Toxic substances;
Class 6.2: Infectious Substances;
Class 7: Radioactive substances;
Class 8: Corrosive substances;
Class 9: Substances and other dangerous goods.
TYPES OF COURSES

PEOPLE INVOLVED IN TRANSPORT OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
– Drivers;
– People who participate in preparation of transport (leaders-managers in charge of receiving and forwarding of cargo);
– People employed in enterprises for transporting freight-forwarding agencies;
– People who transport their vehicles are directly involved in loading and unloading of goods;
– People working in hazardous materials handling and technology process;
– People who direct use of hazardous materials in their daily work;
– People who perform horizontal and vertical transport of dangerous goods (self-propelled trucks, cranes, hand and hydraulic pruner, carts and other equipment).
WHAT AFTER PASSING THE EXAM
– A candidate who passes the examination for driver of vehicle for dangerous goods, gets the ADR certificate, while a candidate who is trained to manipulate with dangerous goods gets certificate for handling dangerous goods;
– Certificate for driver of vehicle for dangerous goods and verification for handling dangerous goods is issued in official languages of Kosovo and have validity for 5 years;
– After expiry of validity of the certificate for managing dangerous goods and verification for manipulative holders of dangerous goods holders must take the training course to refresh the proof of ability;
– Ministry of Infrastructure will organize professional examination to continue these documents;
– Ministry of Infrastructure for continuation of these documents may release candidate by providing professional examination if the applicant proves that from the time of taking the certificate or verification he/she has been working continuously for more than half of the working hours of dangerous goods transport;
– Certificate of fulfillment of the conditions of paragraph 2 of this Article, is issued by the company or legal person, which shows that the candidate has been employed for the last five (5) years.
TACHO
PROGRAM FOR DIGITAL TACHOGRAPH
Driving and rest time
Training programs are developed under the IRU Academy and are based on the New Law on road transport.
TRAINING PROGRAMSARE BASED ON:
– IRU Academy programs, for analogue and digital tachograph.
– The European Agreement concerning the work of vehicles crews engaged in international road transport (AETR Agreement).
– New law on road transport.
– EU regulations 3821/85/KE and 2135/98/EC (on recording equipment in road transport).
– EU Regulation EC/561/2006 (rules of driving and rest time).
PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING
Recent developments in international agreements and European regulations on driving time and rest time are having a significant impact on road transport operations and logistics. New technologies such as digital tachograph play a key role in road safety by making sustainable development and use them correctly through training. Regulations and technical features of tachograph have found proper application and more complex.
IRU Academy program for tachograph ensure drivers and managers to know how to use properly all the features of tachograph, by using data card, recording them, and problems with printing the wrong messages, completly according with rules of driving and rest time.
