Kosovo Association of Motorization concludes the second International agreement for Organization of Road Safety activities

This time the agreement was reached with Connect SEE from Austria, which is an international organization established in Vienna, Austria, in November 2013. Meetings held in Albania during the autumn of last year, between the leaders and some members of the Kosovo Forum on Road Safety and Austrian officials, preceded this agreement. The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to provide a framework for an ongoing commitment in the field of traffic safety, transport and logistics in Southeast Europe. This will be achieved by maintaining and increasing technical possibilities, as well as professional exchange, through a continuous cooperation program.

In accordance with the common goal, both organizations agreed on intensifying their cooperation for mutual interest, such as:

To establish regular contact between both organizations, in order to institutionalise and maintain relationships and continuous commitment to address issues of common interest;

Joint research activities;

Exchange of materials, publications and data in the field of road safety;

Organization and participation in lectures, conferences and other activities;

Themes of joint activities, the conditions for usage, the results achieved and measures for special visits, exchanges and other forms of cooperation
